Michael James Organisation started the year off to a flying start by selling two luxury boats by public auction.

The auction took place at the V&A Waterfront outside the Cape Grace Hotel and was attended by many prospective clients. Pre auction interest for these two boats was extremely good, says Alan Scully of Michael James Organisation.

The Maxi Cruiser "Panther" was sold for R1,881,000.00 inclusive of Vat, seen in the photograph is auctioneer Michael James with the purchaser.

The Motor Yacht “Obsession” was sold for R5,020,000.00 inclusive of Vat, seen in the photograph is auctioneer Michael James with the purchaser.

It just goes to show in these tough economic times there are still clients that will stop at nothing to obtain a little luxury.
